Yes, it is possible. Bidets are offered with different options just like most things you are looking to buy. The one option being heating the water. Usually this is an option in more expensive bidets, and the lower end models may not have this. For extremely colder climates, a Bidet with the heating option is more of a better option for you. It is not recommended to use a Bidet that does not heat the water in extremely cold climates.
